Sam has been cooking since 1978, he prides himself on creating exceptional meals using only the freshest and top quality products, some of which are sourced from France. Sam is a perfectionist and passionate about food and service and this shows in his meals and how he runs the restaurant.
Eli, is a fully qualified chef and trained by Sam. He runs the kitchen with the same pride and passion as his father. Eli brings energy to the kitchen with his love for food along with his bright and happy personality.
